Explore The Source Of Character Shaping From Life

With the creation of drama,actor preparing to role to the role of shaping is a long and complicated process,the actor is both a creator and creation material is finished,so the actors must have good quality and rich experience in the performance,the actor’s life experience,world outlook,the outlook on life,values,perception of life are inseparable.Starting from the organic connection between "observing life" and "character shaping",this paper demonstrates again the importance of "observing life" as the basis of drama performance.Zheng Junli mentioned in The Birth of Characts: "The process of actors’ creation of roles is the same as other cognitive processes,which go through a repeated process from practice to perceptual knowledge and then to rational knowledge and back to practice.Actors contact the role,use active artistic imagination,related to the social practice(life)in the relevant direct experience and indirect experience,to produce perceptual knowledge of the role.Without these sensibilities,an actor can’t do anything.The more social practice(life)an actor has,the more perceptual knowledge he has,and the smoother his creation will be." Actor characters to benefit from the exploration of "life",the actor starting to play,he involuntarily according to their own understanding and to play the role of intuitive feelings about emotion,mood,and lines of the language,tone of voice,etc.,the initial creation of the script directly according to their own life experience give them,and then to play deep mining and creation.Taking the modern urban emotional drama Modern City as an example,this paper starts from the actors’ research on "observing life" and is divided into three parts.The first part describes the nature of life and art as well as the organic connection between observing life and the two.The second part concludes that art is the return of life,expounds the need to refine life materials to find characters,analyzes the purpose and significance of both,further discusses the important creation process of character shaping--observation of life,and provides a solid theoretical support for the contents of the first and third parts.The third part mainly discusses shaping characters,the relationship between actor and role,actor roles established the method and steps of characters,experience and reflects the mutual unification,through discussing the cause of the observation of life,purpose,significance,method and characters,stage of organic connection,to overcome the false performances,more real and life stage.
