Investigation And Research On Intercultural Adaptation Of Korean Students

With the rapid development of economic globalization,more and more international students come to China to study and live.In the process of studying abroad,international students may encounter many unsuitable problems in psychology,life,and study.This article is based on previous research,taking South Korean students from a university in Dalian as the research object,combining nationality and regional characteristics,and conducting targeted investigation and research.The introduction explains the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the theoretical research of the predecessors,focuses on defining the five dimensions of the measurement required,and summarizes and reviews the relevant research on cross-cultural adaptation.Writing provides different perspectives.The first chapter of the thesis describes the research content and research design of the thesis,including the research questions,the design of the questionnaire,testing and testing;the second chapter mainly statistical and analysis of the three parts of the questionnaire;the third chapter from the micro level It analyzes the factors that affect the cross-cultural adaptation of international students from two perspectives:At the micro level,it mainly examines factors such as gender,Chinese language level,and the purpose of studying in China.At the macro level,it analyzes the economic,political and cultural aspects of China and South Korea.Chapter 4 proposes some suggestions for international students from the external support and personal level.Optimization suggestions for cross-cultural adaptation.Through research,it is found that the overall level of cross-cultural adaptation of Korean students is above the average level,some students have low psychological adaptation,Chinese test pressure is high,and local medical treatment is difficult.At the same time,it is found that the psychological stress resistance of boys is slightly higher than that of girls.The adaptability is better than introverted students,and those with high Chinese proficiency have better adaptability.From the external level,we propose to improve language support and services in public places and medical systems,increase cultural experience courses,and help foreign students form language partners.From the individual level,we remind international students to do their homework and participate more in schools and schools before studying in China.Club activities,active participation in college internship practices,etc.The innovation of this article is to focus on the special identities of international students "students",combined with the characteristics of their majors,increase the dimension of "academic adaptation",conduct targeted investigations and research,and improve the data analysis methods.Comprehensive science.Due to various conditions,the shortcoming of this article is that it is unable to conduct a more in-depth longitudinal study of the research object.Finally,I hope that this research can help Korean international students to better adapt to their school life and graduate successfully to a certain extent!...
