A Study Of The Rational Factors In Seurat’s Paintings

This paper starts from Seurat’s artistic experience,takes Seurat’s paintings as the research object,and makes a systematic analysis of the rational factors and expression methods in Seurat’s paintings,so as to have a complete presentation of the rational factors in his paintings,and at the same time,comprehensively and deeply summarize the influence and Enlightenment of the rational factors in his paintings on Chinese and western modern and contemporary art.The rational factors in Seurat’s paintings refer to Seurat’s regular and purposeful artistic creation.For example,the color expression in his paintings is a comprehensive and detailed arrangement and design of the content and form of his works through analysis,deduction and logical reasoning on the basis of previous studies.Based on the analysis of the development process and language form of Seurat’s painting art,this paper studies the rational factors in Seurat’s paintings from different angles.This paper selects Seurat’s oil paintings,sketches and sketches to explore how science and art are rationally integrated in Seurat’s paintings,as well as the theoretical basis of the rational factors in Seurat’s paintings.In the process of research,this paper summarizes how Seurat’s art theory is transformed into his own art practice and painting style,and how to reflect his thinking and exploration in his works.At the same time,it systematically combs and summarizes the influence of the rational factors in Seurat’s paintings on Fauvism,cubism,abstractionism,new art movement and photography in modern western art,as well as the enlightenment to contemporary Chinese and Western painting theory and creation.
