| The collection of Chun Ch’iu Tso Chuan Variorum(《春秋经传集解》)collected at the end of Kamakura period, which is stored in the imperial palace of Japan,is often called"Kanazawa Library Edition"by scholars because it was stored in Kanazawa library,In order to avoid redundancy, this paper is called"Jin Ze’s edition".This paper is mainly divided into four chapters. The first chapter reviews the background and the process of Jin Ze’s edition transcription.Since Guangcheng and his son zhonglong established Confucian classics as a family school,Lai Ye further established Tso Chuan(《左传》)as a family school, and basically determined the family version of Tso Chuan, which has been passed on continuously.Jin Ze’s edition Chun Ch’iu Tso Chuan Variorum is the note volume taught by the Qing Yuan family to Beitiao family.According to the different teachers,it can be divided into Beitiao Shishi edition,Beitiao Dushi edition and Beitiao Xianshi edition.Qingyuan’s teaching method is copying before teaching. The other characters around and on the back of Jin Ze’s edition reflect the family learning tradition, which mainly focuses on textual research and exegesis. The theory of respecting family was passed down from generation to generation. The second chapter discusses the origin of each volume of Jin Ze’s edition and the origin of the basic edition. Most of Jin Ze’s edition are from Lai Ye,and a few of them are from Jiaolong. Some of them are from unknown sources.Judging from the style of banknotes, the different texts in classic explanation and the taboo common words“(?)”“(?)”“(?)”“(?)”“(?)”in Tang Dynasty, most of the original versions of Jin Ze’s edition are originated from Tang Dynasty. However, from the decrease of words“(?)”“(?)”“(?)”and common characters and the appearance of taboo characters in Song Dynasty, combined with the records of folded edition and ancient edition in Aoshu,it is concluded that the whole of Volume 13,14,22,23 and 26 and the part of volume 12 are based on the Song Dynasty edition. It corrects the mistake that the predecessors thought it was the old book of six dynasties or vaguely called the ancient book of Sui and Tang Dynasties. The third chapter discusses the text characteristics of Jin ze’s edition. The main features of the note are as follows: words in the text and annotations are often omitted;words are often deleted or added in order to supplement the two line annotations;the use of words is uncertain, and the use of common words and synonyms are mixed. The third chapter analyzes the value of textual criticism from the value and edition. The different versions of Jin Ze edition and song engraved edition are often consistent with the Tang Dynasty version, which reproduces the text features of the Tang Dynasty.Among them, the remaining Tang Dynasty old texts can correct the loss of the present version and reflect the polysemy of the text. Many folk characters retained are of certain significance to enrich the study of folk characters. |
