| Under the influence of Kang Youwei,Liang Qichao gradually moved from textual stereotyped research to the "jinwen",After discussions with friends,Liang’s belief in "Kangxue" was hestitated gradually;after exile in Japan,Liang Qichao,who was influenced by Western knowledge,finally escaped from the limit of Kang Youwei’thought.he started thinking independently and constructing new thoughts."Xinmin Shuo" is the first completely ideological.In his conception,"Xinmin"-"Xinguo" is a whole completely ideological composition,and "nationalism" has always been high valued by Liang Qichao.However,Liang’s "nationalism" thought is closely connected with the "individual".In Liang Qichao’s opinion,the purpose of establishing the state is to protect individuals;the intent of "nationalism" is that the survival and development of individuals need the state;besides,Liang does not deny the rights of individuals at the level of universal value identification.In the "Xinmin"-"Xinguo" composition,the individual and the state is coexist harmoniously in a mutually complementary relationship.This composition embodies is neither British individualism nor German nationalism,but Liang Qichao’s thought of "adaptation".From Liang Qichao side,it is not to choosing between liberalism and nationalism,but a complicated adjustment process.The cultural factors of Liang Qichao’s adjustment thought mainly comes from the traditional Monism idea,which constitutes the logical starting point of his adjustment thought,and further strengthened by the "golden mean" and pragmatism.It can be said that Liang’s thought of adjustment is still a continuation of traditional thought. |
