state have a deeper understanding of culture.The culture of the Chinese revolutionary period is a powerful weapon for concentrating and fighting the enemy.After the victory,advanced culture is a vital link in the modernization construction and the promotion of the comprehensive strength of the country.Especially in the previous major meetings of the Party,the Party and the state made arrangements
