The Study Of Heterogeneous Stories In "Jian Deng San Hua"

“Jian Deng San Hua”is the collective name of the three novels“Jian Deng Xin Hua”,“Jian Deng Yu Hua”and“Mi Deng Yin Hua”.The three novels are an important part of the short stories in classical Chinese in the Ming Dynasty,and have been circulated under the name of “San Hua” since they were combined and published in 1717.On the one hand,as the representative work of classical Chinese novels in the Ming dynasty,they are considered by all previous dynasties scholars as the transitional work between the Tang Legend and Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio.Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio is a work to talk about fox and ghost as the main content.Therefore,as a bridge,the heterogeneous stories of “Jian Deng San Hua” are most used for reference in theme,writing method and ideological content by Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio.On the other hand,the three works contain a large number of heterogeneous stories.These heterogeneous stories have absorbed the story themes and expression methods from the Mystery novels of Wei and Jin Dynasties,the Tang Legend,classical Chinese novels of Song and Yuan Dynasties and books of Song and Yuan Dynasties,making them of great research value because of the integration of the works of the previous dynasties.However,most of the previous studies remain on the author,the completion time of the books and the comparative study of novels as a whole,and there is little research on the value of heterogeneous stories in novels.This paper on the basis of the previous studies,will further refine the overall research and attempts to make a detailed discussion and analysis in the heterogeneous stories of “Jian Deng San Hua”.This paper classifies the heterogeneous stories in the three works,which analysis and research from the following five aspects: the origin,different types,story types,ideological content and the influence on the later generations of classical Chinese novles.In the different types,they are classified from three aspects: monster,ghost and immortals.In terms of story types,they are divided into marriage and love,unfulfilled ambition,karma and other story contents.At the same time,it explores the inheritance of the techniques of the previous generations and the influence on the creation of the later generations in the development of these three works of heterogeneous stories.It is hoped to provide some help for the research on the story types and ideological content of “Jian Deng San Hua”.
