| After a century of development,Japanese animation has become an extremely important cultural phenomenon on popular literature and subculture in today’s world.Japanese animation work often includes a large number of Chinese images.Based on the theory of imagology of comparative literature,dependent on the method of literature analysis and using the research method of case analysis,Chinese characters in the Japanese animation,Chinese themes in the Japanese animation and Chinese symbols in the Japanese animation are summarized and analyzed.Chinese images in the Japanese animation are also classified.Moreover,under the guidance of the theory of comparative literature imagology and comparative literature variation,the formative factors as well as variation analysis of Chinese image in the Japanese animation are studied.Finally,in the context of "post-colonialism",the construction of Chinese images in the Japanese animation has an impact on Japan and China.First of all,this paper expounds the history and influence of Japanese animation,and then divides Chinese images in the Japanese animation into different Chinese characters in the Japanese animation including the Chinese female image with bun head,cheongsam and Chinese kung fu,Chinese male images influenced by classical Chinese works,Hong Kong films and "Orientalism",real Chinese characters featured by the trend of “disenchantment” in contemporary animation.Then,Chinese themes in Japanese anime including themes of Chinese classical literature represented by Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Journey to the West;themes of Chinese devil legend in the Japanese animation;themes of Chinese cultural background in the Japanese animation.Next,Chinese symbols in the Japanese animation: city symbols of Shanghai and Hong Kong;food symbols represented by Japanese-style Chinese cuisine Sichuan Mapo Tofu;dress symbols represented by Hanfu,cheongsam and green military clothes;animal symbols represented by panda and dragon.Secondly,according to the theory of comparative literature imagology,this paper explores the cultural collision between China and Japan that includes a deep sense of identity for Chinese culture.Combined with the properties of animation itself,a large number of Chinese images appear in the Japanese animation.According to the theory of variation,the variation of Chinese image in the Japanese animation is divided into four levels: the feminine variation of Chinese male image,the younger variation of Chinese character image,the essential variation of Chinese image and the modern cross-cultural variation of Chinese image.And the artistic characteristics of Chinese image in the Japanese animation are analyzed as well.Thirdly,through the theoretical system of "post-colonialism",Japan enters into a dilemma,and through the praise of ancient Chinese images and contempt of modern Chinese images in the Japanese animation,Japan tends to get rid of the impression of“Oriental Images” and the mark of war crimes and construct its own image of "post-colonial".Finally,the paper reminds today’s China to pay attention to the way of cultural export,we should guard against and learn the variation of Chinese image in the Japanese animation,creating our own "discourse". |
