With the new needs of new talents in the new era and the in-depth implementation of the concept of new curriculum reform,the new concept of student-centered,comprehensive development of knowledge,quality and ability has profoundly affected the development of basic education,and effectively promoted the reform and innovation of basic education,including English teaching.As a result,many traditional old schools are gradually facing development bottlenecks.In order to respond to the call of education reform and change the current situation of English teaching,new education strategies are constantly explored in order to further implement the new concept of the new curriculum and successfully break through the bottleneck of school development.Among them,the education strategy of the " Little Teacher System" has important research significance because it fits the concept of the new curriculum reform.This study takes N Middle School as the research object,which is implementing the education strategy of the " Little Teacher System".It studies whether the " Little Teacher System" can be effectively used in high school English teaching in the new era and under the background of the new curriculum reform,how to carry out the implementation,how to implement the effect,and what aspects of students ’ ability to improve significantly,in order to provide reference for more researchers and practitioners.This study mainly includes the following contents:(1)First introduced the research background,literature review,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods and theoretical basis.This part mainly uses the literature method to carry on the summary and the commentary to the "Little Teacher System" correlation research,has clarified the existing research experience and the insufficiency,and has established this research angle of view and the method.(2)Secondly,through participatory observation,we observe and record the process of putting forward and implementing the " Little Teacher System" education strategy in high school English classroom of N middle school.(3)Then,through the case study,this paper selects the introduction course of the "Little Teacher System" in N high school English as an example to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the course and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.(4)Quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are conducted on the teaching effect of the implementation of the " Little Teacher System" in high school English in N middle school through questionnaires and interviews.We analyze the effect of the " Little Teacher System" from the students,teachers,class,school the four aspects of changes.(5)Finally,summarizing the experience and shortcomings of N middle school in implementing the " Little Teacher System" in high school English.The results of the study show that,although there are still many deficiencies in the " Little Teacher System" as an educational strategy,through a one-term observation study and related data analysis,it is found that the " Little Teacher System" can be effectively used in high school English teaching and the teaching effect is remarkable,especially in students ’ oral expression ability.
