A Preliminary Study On The Deeds Of Commercial Paved Houses In Chengdu During The Period Of The Republic Of China

The period of the Republic of China is not only an important period of China’s social and economic development,but also an important period of Chengdu’s urban development.Starting from the transaction contract of private commercial shops in Chengdu during the period of the Republic of China,this paper discusses the transaction status,transaction price,government management and the development status of urban commercial blocks reflected in the contract.During this period,the ownership of property rights of the real estate industry gradually became clear,the identity of the transaction witness changed greatly,and the reason for shop sale had a significant feature,that is,the proportion of selling houses due to another good media was very high,and the commodity economy was quite developed.There were three kinds of contracts in this period: no sale contract,permanent lease contract and tenancy contract,among which no sale contract accounted for the majority.In these contracts,it also highlights several characteristics of the private shop transaction,the shop price continues to rise,and the transaction price of the prosperous commercial blocks is higher.Besides the development of the real estate industry,there are also inflation,population growth and the concentration of real estate resources in the hands of a small number of people.During this period,the government of the Republic of China also had a process of development in the management of commercial shop houses.
