Objective: To investigate the mechanism of the disease1.To understand the level of psychological rigidity of patients with alcohol dependence,through the intervention of acceptance commitment therapy on patients with alcohol dependence,to improve their psychological flexibility level,reduce their negative emotion level,reduce their drinking craving,and reduce the amount and frequency of re drinking after abstinence.2.To explore a set of case intervention program that can improve the psychological flexibility of patients with alcohol dependence to reduce the negative emotions and drinking cravings of patients with alcohol dependence,reduce the amount and frequency of drinking after withdrawal,and verify the clinical feasibility and effectiveness of the program.Method:In the case study method,three alcohol dependent patients with psychological intervention were assessed with cognitive fusion subscale(CFQ-F)and acceptance and action scale(AAQ-Ⅱ),anxiety depression Stress Scale(DASS-21)and Compulsive Drinking Questionnaire(OCDS)Craving,return visit three months after discharge,alcohol consumption and frequency of alcohol dependent patients were compared with those before psychological intervention.The results of pre-test and post-test were compared with those of 3 dependent patients without psychological intervention.Result:The scores of CFQ-F,AAQ-Ⅱ,DASS-21 and OCDS of the three alcohol dependent patients who received psychological intervention were lower than those of the pre-test;the amount and frequency of alcohol consumption in the three months after discharge were lower than those before psychological intervention.The scores of CFQ-F,AAQ-Ⅱ,DASS-21 and OCDS of the three alcohol dependent patients who did not receive psychological intervention did not change significantly before and after the test.In the three-month follow-up after discharge,the alcohol consumption and drinking frequency of the three patients did not change significantly compared with those before admission.After psychological intervention,the mental flexibility level of the three alcohol dependent patients was higher than that of the three alcohol dependent patients without psychological intervention,the negative emotion level was significantly lower,and the drinking desire level was significantly lower.In the follow-up test three months after discharge,the alcohol consumption and frequency of the three alcohol dependent patients with psychological intervention were also significantly lower than those without psychological intervention.Conclusion:1.Acceptance commitment therapy can reduce the degree of experiential avoidance behavior and cognitive integration of patients with alcohol dependence,and improve the psychological flexibility of patients with alcohol dependence.2.Acceptance of commitment therapy can reduce the negative emotion level of patients with alcohol dependence.3.Acceptance commitment therapy can reduce the level of alcohol craving of patients with alcohol dependence,significantly reduce the daily alcohol consumption and drinking frequency of patients with alcohol dependence after discharge,reduce the total amount and frequency of drinking.
