At present,31 wooden slips of South Vietnam have been published,which cover a wide range of contents,including officials,criminal law,taxation,other aspects,and are important materials for studying relevant historical issues of South Vietnam.In addition,from the perspective of calligraphy,these writing materials in South Vietnam are also of great value to the construction of the whole calligraphy history font and the evolution track of calligraphy style.Since this paper attempts to combine philology and calligraphy,there are two main parts: first,the part of "collection and interpretation",which mainly collects the research results of previous scholars and makes appropriate extension on this basis,in order to deepen our understanding of the national history,official system and cultural environment of South Vietnam;Secondly,in the part of "font comparison",this part is in the form of tabulation,in order to show the differences in font structure between Qin and Han bamboo slips and silks more clearly and to build a clearer vein of Chinese character development and book style evolution.
