The Wei,Jin and North and South Dynasties were famous for the chaotic times in our history, when people’s lives were miserable and many works about women’s literature came out in this period. The study of ancient women’s literature has always been in a marginal state, with research results mostly concentrated in the Tang and Song dynasties and the Ming and Qing dynasties, before being further developed after nearly a century. In general, there are attempts to study this kind of literature in terms of literary history, poetry and gender studies, but there is no overall study of female-themed poetry in the Wei-Jin-North and South Dynasties periods. In the troubled times, people’s right to speak was restricted, and the survival rule of "not daring to speak, fearing to speak wrongly" was unspoken,so it was a conservative way to put emotions in objects and express them implicitly. The period was also an era of literary self-awareness,with the emergence of a number of female writers such as Xie Daoxuan, and people gradually paid attention to women, with many poems reflecting a similar "sex" and "art" view of women, and various artistic and aesthetic embodiments to This also broadened the market for female-themed poetry, and a feast of female-themed poetry was thus opened. This paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1 introduces the background of the emergence of female-themed poetry in the Wei,Jin and North and South Dynasties, based on the identity of the "troubled times" in the Wei,Jin and North and South Dynasties, and discusses three points: the means of venting the emotions of the literati, the decline of Confucianism and the trend of "re-expressing emotions",and the awakening of female consciousness. The second chapter discusses the content of the poetry of the period. The second chapter is an overview of the content of the poems(women’s groups)at that time, with three main themes: "women left behind","goddesses and beauties",and "concubines and prostitutes".They either share the feelings of the widow,or shed tears because of the widow,or use the beautiful woman to express their hearts,or have sorrow from the concubine....each poem is heart-warming to read. The third chapter interprets the poems from the level of artistic aesthetics, including three parts: aesthetic imagery, emotional tone, and expression, and analyzes the artistic means to get closer to the emotional connotation hidden in the poems.Chapter 4,as one of the key chapters of this dissertation, focuses on the feminine outlook reflected in the female-themed poetry of the Wei,Jin and North and South Dynasties. The current literature on femininity is mostly scattered and generalized. This chapter, based on the previous chapters, summarizes the following views of women: the pursuit of "color" and "art",the rituals of "chastity" and "virtue",and the rites of passage. This chapter summarizes the following views of women: the pursuit of both "sex" and "art",the praise of "chastity" and "virtue",and the recognition of "awakening" and "resistance".These views of women are a true reflection of the female group at that time, and some of them even continue to this day, which is worth studying.Chapter 5 focuses on the literary and historical significance of the female-themed poetry of the period. From the perspective of the Wei,Jin,and North and South Dynasties,it is natural that it was baptized by the poetry of the pre-Qin and Han dynasties, and that it contributed to the development of seven-word poetry and influenced the imagery and themes of Tang poetry, the significance of which should not be underestimated.
