The purpose of this paper is to describe the basic schema of the prosodic features of emotional speech in Chinese and Uighur, and to compare and analyze the similarities and differences between the prosodic features of emotional speech in Chinese and Uighur,as well as their causes. This paper first divides the emotional types to be studied with the communicative intention of utterance as the core, and then focuses on the performance of the basic frequency, length and intensity of emotional speech in Chinese and Uyghur; This paper extracts the parameters of these physical features, such as average value, peak change rate, range of change rate and so on,and then summarizes the prosodic features of different genders and emotional types of Chinese and Uyghur. Finally, the common similarities and differences between extralingual and intralingual are analyzed and summarizedIn terms of pitch, the average pitch of women is generally higher than that of men,but the range of pitch change rate is much higher than that of women. In Uyghur and Chinese, the average fundamental frequency of three emotions with different physiological arousal degrees will show a strong positive correlation under the same state of communicative intention satisfaction. In terms of length and intensity, the prosodic features of Chinese and Uighur are different. The emotional prosodic alienation of Uighur mainly depends on the change of sound intensity, while the emotional prosodic alienation of Chinese mainly depends on the change of speech speed.
