With the rapid development of high school students’ body and mind,they have to deal with the huge pressure of entering a higher school while dealing with the inner contradictions and conflicts,so the problem of anxiety is inevitable.Anxiety affects the physical and mental health of high school students.It is particularly important to pay attention to and explore the influencing factors of anxiety.Based on the "use satisfaction" model of Internet addiction and the theory of limited self-control,from the perspective of Internet addiction,combined with self-control and understanding of social support,this paper explores the mechanism of Internet addiction on anxiety,in order to put forward suggestions to prevent and alleviate high school students’ anxiety from a new perspective.552 senior high school students in Mudanjiang city of Heilongjiang Province were investigated by questionnaire and analyzed by spss22.0(1)The Internet Addiction of senior high school students is in the middle and low level,and the Internet addiction group accounts for 14.67% of the total;57.97% of the students had anxiety problems;Self control and perceived social support were in the upper middle level.(2)High school students’ Internet addiction,anxiety,self-control and perceived social support have their own characteristics,and there are significant differences in some demographic variables.(3)There is a significant correlation between high school students’ Internet addiction,anxiety and self-control.(4)Self control plays a mediating role between Internet addiction and anxiety.(5)Perceived social support plays a moderating role between Internet addiction and self-control.Combined with the research results,we can effectively prevent and intervene high school students’ anxiety problems from the aspects of preventing high school students’ Internet addiction,improving their self-control ability,and improving their understanding of social support. |
