| He Lianzhen(2003)proposed that autonomous learning is "the ability of scholars to independently determine their own learning goals,learning goals,learning content and methods,and determine their own evaluation system." But what is the current situation of students’ autonomous learning ability in English writing class? Based on the combination of theory and practice,this paper surveys the current situation of English writing autonomous learning in senior high school students,which aims to cultivate their English writing ability,with the training of senior high school students’ English writing ability as the research scope.This paper is based on the theory of constructivism,and takes the senior secondary students of Mulan senior high school as the research objects.It takes questionnaire and interview as research methods,and takes questionnaire,interview questions as research instruments.It is proposed to research from three aspects: 1.What is the current situation of students’ autonomous learning ability in senior high school English writing class? 2.What is the correlation between students’ autonomous learning ability and their English writing ability? 3.How does students’ autonomous learning ability affect their writing ability? It is found that students in Mulan senior high school need to improve their autonomous learning ability in English writing class at present.Teachers need to cultivate their learning habits,learning plans and learning strategies in a timely manner.The higher the students’ autonomous learning ability is,the higher their English writing ability is.It is hoped that the survey results and the author’s analysis,thinking and suggestions will help the senior high school students to improve their autonomous learning ability in English writing class.It also hopes to enlighten senior high school teachers to cultivate students’ autonomous learning strategies and writing strategies. |
