Researching On Ecological Compensation Under The Perspective Of Eco-justice

During several years,with the continuous socio-economic development,the people’s way of life has gradually come to be more comfortable recently,however,the way of living environment has deteriorated.The development which mode of life environment is inferior the society and economic development of China seriously,about under restricting it will not be able to disregard this problem.The economic development of China depends today little by little in mode of life environment,there is a crisis circumstance in which mode of environment life protection is urgent business.It is necessary to construct mode of life civilization including establishing the systematic and comprehensive mode of life civilization system to protect mode of life climate with degree laws.The degree of balance of the ecological environment determines the degree of economic resource development.The possibility of using economic resources to promote the development of the ecological environment is becoming increasingly apparent.It is to realize the circumstance in which the purpose adjusts the economic interest between the various interest peoples from the source,rationally allocates the natural environment resource,people need to work hard to pursue a high-quality ecological environment.From China the economic profit very important but environmental profit is more important from social developmental process.The Chinese government is pushing the ecosystem creation project and living reimbursement countermeasures under the face of ecosystem functional area behind the way in living ecology extinction.The way of living school counter mechanism it can promote the development and only living environment way of development,get the goal to stand patiently,continuous optimization,and modernization is necessary for the danger.It will follow in the way of living reimbursement theory and practice in China and it is a program that will explain in detail the way of living school reimbursement from the point of view of living philosophical approach,argues the legitimate feature and value of ecological compensation,proposes the practical matter for ecological improvement,and improving the ecological compensation mechanism of my country.The following four aspects are included in this article.The first part mainly classified on the professional and scholar of the present research is the connotation of ecological balance of our countries based on ecology and It expounds the connotation of economic and ecological balance and the objective laws that it embodies.Like this theoretical foundation it can theoretically support the creation of successful content.In the second section,legitimacy of ecological compensation is analyses from the illustration of ecological philosophy.The quality of this academic paper contradicts the importance of the natural way of input in the analysis between life value and market value.In the third part,focuses on the meaningfulness of ecological compensation in my country and the direction of its goals.The Chinese reimbursement method creates a generation for the life justice method,it promotes the development of a life issuance method that is fair,and it is possible for the social progress it obtains for the rational use of the life resource method it promotes the continuity,and maintain a more harmonious and advanced socialist civilized lifestyle,the person must exercise the coexistence in which natural harmony is achieved and must promote the cooperation development of the different sectors of our country.In the 4th section contains the subject of ecological balance and the subject and balancing standard and decision defined and monitoring of the law,from the illustration of the balancing model of the market and the general ecological balance awareness,several regarding the improvement of the ecological balancing unit of my country being practical,suggest possibility policy issue.
