This paper is divided into three parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly is the background of the paper and the significance of the topic,as well as domestic and foreign review, the second part is the mainly body, divided into four chapters, the third part is the reference and appendix..The first chapter is the interpretation of "Tao" of Yellow Emperor’s Four Canons.First of all,it thinks that "Tao" is transmitted by Feng Bo and it includes all things in the universe. Its characteristic is "not burning in ‘Yang’ and not rotting in‘Yin’" to prove its supreme primacy.Secondly,it explains the nature law.It subdivides nature law into "Tianji","Diji" and "Renji".It demonstrates the influence of "Tao" on the human world and whether it can be imitated by people from three aspects, thus highlighting the important role of people’s subjective initiative in the book. The second chapter explains the nature law of Yellow Emperor’s Four Canons. It endures the metaphysical meaning of "law" and establishes it as the basis of governing a country through "Tao creates law".However, its "law" is not the extreme "law" implemented by Li Si and other legalists.Instead,it is reconciled with the people-oriented thought to reduce the contradiction between different classes. On this basis, the special "Yin-Yang" law is emphasized to show the importance of people’s subjective initiative and comprehensive examination of things.Yellow Emperor’s Four Canons take "Xing-Ming" to nature law’s level, and then through the Angle of theory of human nature to give back to the "humane" to provide double evidence to governance and social stability, and finally combined with "Xing-De",in the perspective of " Xing after the first De" governing the country,in order to achieve a harmonious society. The third chapter is to explain the Cultivate one’s morality and govern the country of Yellow Emperor’s Four Canons. When the monarch cannot recognize himself,he should first hide and improve himself. When the time is ripe,he can reach the realm of being a saint inside and a king outside by holding a neutral and fair attitude and judging others by law.In addition,Yellow Emperor’s Four Canons was in a special era of war,and it was eager for famous scholars to achieve the purpose of attacking, because of the role of "Tao",the doctrine of war that Yellow Emperor’s Four Canons’ s thought wanted to express was “Yangmou” theory or righteous war thinking. It showed that he was not willing to be the initiator of the trouble, and he took extermination of the ban as the means to achieve the ultimate goal of inaction through effective means, which also reflected his idea of peace. The fourth chapter demonstrates the infiltration of Yellow Emperor’s Four Canons to the thoughts of Xunzi and Han Fei and its influence on the early Han Dynasty. In Xunzi’s thought,"Tao" was introduced as the basis of his thought of nature, and "Can" was used to show people’s subjective initiative. He was influenced by the thought of "Xing and De" in Yellow Emperor’s Four Canons, which showed that he did not exclude the two and embodied the idea of combining them.Han Fei also absorbed "Tao" as the basis of theory, explained "Tao" with "Li",and believed that "Tao" could be recognized.Han Fei also further magnified the power of the monarch, transforming the "Tao Sheng Fa" into the "Jun Sheng Fa".In addition, the Art of Huang-Lao,led by Yellow Emperor’s Four Canons, played a great role in the early Han Dynasty, which helped the Western Han Dynasty to achieve economic recovery, political stability, and more importantly,it continued to penetrate into the development of academic.
