| Firstly,this paper expounds the invention and popularization of printing in China and Europe,which greatly promoted the development of human civilization and social progress.The invention of printing is of great significance to the influence and development of books.By studying the relationship between the development of ancient and modern books and the emergence and development of European book design and mechanical printing,this paper sorts out and analyzes the influence of the invention of printing on paper books.With the progress of science and technology,the rapid development of the Internet and the rapid growth of e-books,it brings unprecedented challenges to paper books.This paper takes the design and development trend of paper books as the main research object,and interprets the development of paper book design from the perspective of public demand.Based on the development needs of paper books,this paper studies that book design should give full play to its own characteristics,and fully tap the selection and use of blanking in book design from the external form.Designers set up new design concepts,carry out three-dimensional structural design of books,convey the connotation of books,and at the same time optimize and enrich various book forms.On the other hand,the new development trend of paper books should make books interactive and functional through the integration of new functions;Flexible use of novel design methods and concepts will break the traditional shackles of paper books,continue to develop under the impact of e-books,and show the brand-new style of modern Chinese paper books with a brand-new look. |
