In today’s society,the economy and science and technology are developing rapidly and continuously,and meanwhile,the demand for talents is also gradually presenting diversified requirements.In the education industry,more and more educators pay attention to the cultivation of teaching and beauty.In the elementary school education of our country,we not only want to do to improve the elementary school student’s achievement as the basic requirement,but also want to cultivate the elementary school student since the childhood to the beauty feeling ability and the creation ability,as well as beautify the student’s own to the beauty ideal creation and the formation of the beauty personality.However,for a long time,schools only pay attention to the dissemination of knowledge but ignore the big goal of educating people,which leads to the slow development of elementary students’ basic aesthetic and creative ability,and the dissemination education for cultivating elementary students’ aesthetic and creative ability is the most important in basic education.Therefore,through the discussion of the application value and connotation of the re-binding design of textbooks,and the redefinition and interpretation of it in the re-binding design of primary school textbooks,so as to make its function of teaching through entertainment play more and more fully in the basic education,the great social responsibility it bears should not be underestimated.Based on the practice of design and creation,this paper starts from the development of PEP primary school textbooks and its form of binding design.Finally,it studies the characteristics and basic requirements of primary school textbook binding design,and discusses the importance of redesigning primary school textbooks binding through the combination of theory and practice.On the organizing framework,this paper studied the development of primary school textbooks and schools are binding change course and decoration design of forms and through the study on how to conform to the practical application in the design of book binding and strategy,and then through the detailed overview of the strategy research concluded that primary school textbooks specific principles and significance of book design.Finally in the form of practical design to present primary school textbooks of book design,the design concept is discussed in detail and the design method,study how to both attention to children’s aesthetic psychological change at this stage,and cause their ability for emotional resonance,but also can improve their ability of aesthetic feeling and personality and beauty,so also can achieve a better education.
