A Study On The Construction Of Urban Community Culture In The New Era

In the report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era".This is a scientific judgment of the new historical juncture in China’s development.In the new era,the Party and the country have new requirements for the development of various undertakings.As an important part of China’s cultural construction and urban development,urban community culture is of great value to explore with The Times according to the requirements of the new era.Urban community culture construction based on the investigation and analysis this visual Angle,and combined with the construction of urban community culture of the related literature at home and abroad,and put forward new requirements to bouncy era.We take the shenyang on park street community as a case,with the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical study,such as the method of literature analysis and the interview for the research on the construction of urban community culture.The research results show that there are still insufficient cultural infrastructure in urban community cultural construction and backward updating of facilities.The content of cultural activities is single,and the homogenization among communities is serious.Community residents have poor voluntariness and weak awareness of participating in activities;The problems of loose management of community organizations,strong spontaneity of cultural activities,etc.,are analyzed from four aspects: planning and action plan,management system,professional personnel and cultural resources mining.To solve these problems,combining with the causes,and puts forward a new era under the background of the basic principles of urban community culture construction,and from strengthening the party leadership,perfecting the top-level design of urban community culture construction and capital operational mechanism,strengthening the construction of urban community culture of talent team,the innovation of urban community culture construction method and so on specific measures are put forward.
