| The relationship between personality and mental health is closely related. In the face of stress, different personality traits have different reactions to events.Previous studies have shown that benign functional personality traits have more obvious adaptability to the environment, and also have a very important impact on the physical and mental health of individuals, while dysfunctional personality traits seem to have certain obstacles to mental health use.The purpose of this study is to study the autonomic nervous response activities and the changes of psychological emotions of individuals with different aggressive traits under social stress tasks, and to explore which way has a more obvious regulatory effect on the individual’s emotions as an intervention method,so as to provide a theoretical basis for helping individuals reduce the adverse physiological and psychological reactions brought by stress situations. In this study,we used the aggression trait questionnaire to select the subjects in a university in Hebei Province.Experiment 1 used 2(aggressive trait type)× 4(experimental stage)mixed experiment design, with aggressive trait type as inter group variable and experimental stage as intra group variable;Experiment 2 was 3(emotion regulation mode)× 3(experimental stage)mixed experimental design,in which the emotion regulation mode is an inter group variable, and the experimental stage is an intra group variable.Cognitive reappraisal and expression inhibition are used to intervene the high aggressive trait subjects,so as to explore the intervention effect of different emotion regulation modes. The subjective report score of emotion and the physiological indexes of objective LF,HF,LF / HF and HR were used as dependent variables. All experimental data were processed by spss25.0.The statistical methods were paired sample t-test,repeated measure ANOVA,one-way ANOVA and independent sample t-test.The results are as follows:(1)The LF,HF,LF / HF and HR of high and low aggressive subjects were significantly different in different task stages;the LF,LF / HF and HR of high aggressive subjects were significantly higher than those of low aggressive subjects, while HF was significantly lower than those of low aggressive subjects;the emotional changes of high aggressive subjects were significantly higher than those of low aggressive subjects.(2)There were significant differences in LF,HF,LF / HF and HR of different emotion regulation groups at different task stages;LF,LF / HF and HR of spontaneous regulation group and expression inhibition group were significantly higher than that of cognitive reappraisal group,HF was significantly lower than that of cognitive reappraisal group;negative emotion of spontaneous regulation group and expression inhibition group was significantly higher than that of cognitive reappraisal group. The recovery of negative emotion in cognitive reappraisal group was significantly better than that in spontaneous regulation group and expression inhibition group. The results are as follows:(1)The results showed that the LF / HF value of each group was significantly lower than that of the control group.(2)In the repetitive stress task, the high score group had more obvious sympathetic response than the low score group, while the low score group showed less vagal withdrawal response and faster recovery of vagal withdrawal response.(3)In the repeated stress task, the emotional changes of the high group were obvious, which indicated that the successful task induced the emotions of the subjects, while the emotional recovery ability of the low group was better than that of the high group, which had stronger negative emotional recovery ability.(4)Psychological stress task can effectively stimulate the physiological and emotional responses of the subjects, which are as follows: LF and HR values of each group are increased, which induces the excitability of sympathetic nerve;LF / HF values are also significantly increased, which indicates the decrease of the balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve;HF values are decreased, which indicates that the parasympathetic nerve activity of the subjects is inhibited;HF values are increased, which indicates that the parasympathetic nerve activity of the subjects is inhibited.(5)In the psychological stress task, the expression inhibition group had more obvious sympathetic response than the spontaneous regulation group and the cognitive reappraisal group, while the spontaneous regulation group and the cognitive reappraisal group showed less vagal withdrawal response and faster recovery of vagal withdrawal response.(6)In the psychological stress task, cognitive reappraisal group showed more obvious emotion regulation effect,so as an effective way of emotion regulation, the effect of cognitive reappraisal was better than expression inhibition. |
