A Study On The Expressive Skills Of The Instructors In The Red Education Base

The red education base is a concrete demonstration of the spirit of patriotism in Our country,which presents the great progress of the Chinese nation in the historical torrent to the masses in a more intuitive way.In the new period,the red guides who build the communication bridge between the red education base and the masses shoulder the glorious mission of carrying forward the national spirit and telling the Chinese story well,and play an indispensable and important role in displaying the red culture and promoting the spirit of patriotism.The red commentator has the characteristics of sociality,professionalism and artistry.However,the author found that there is no strict requirement for the recruitment of red guides in the society,and the professional counterpart is even less,which makes the professionalism of the content and way of communication of red guides greatly reduced.More than in the field of academic research,most scholars focused on the macro described link transmission relationship between the narrator and the red culture and how to perfect the narrator team construction,few are discussed from the microscopic view red narrator itself,how to make up and improve the lack of professionalism and ignored the professional presentation skill for red narrator in the important role in the process of interpretation.In this paper,the text analysis method is used in the process of research,questionnaire and case study method,the expression of red education base narrator techniques were investigated and explored,mainly by the red flag canal red education base as a key analysis of typical cases,basically has the following findings: the narrator of team of researchers,including education,politics,etc on the merits of the narrator expression skills there are certain factors;The language expression skills of the commentator are inseparable from the text construction of the explanatory words as well as the skills and knowledge of broadcasting and hosting related disciplines.Therefore,the commentator should,based on the text,take the specific needs of the audience as the starting point to carry out targeted and differentiated activities.In the process of realizing long-term development in the future,the commentator and the Red Education base need to make concerted efforts from both sides and seek progress from different perspectives.Based on this,in order to ensure the effective and good communication effect of the red Education base,this paper takes the Red Flag Canal Red Education base as an example and refers to the role playing theory proposed by foreign scholar Mead and communication scholar E.The theory of use and satisfaction put forward by Kaz,the elaboration of domestic scholar Wang Lin and other professors on red art,and the theoretical system of broadcasting and hosting related disciplines put forward by Teacher Zhang Song in Chinese broadcasting science are discussed in this paper.First of all,this paper defines the concept of red education base and docent,and briefly expounds the importance of docent work.Secondly,this paper selects several paragraphs of red explanatory words as cases,starting from the text construction and language characteristics,and analyzes how to construct the expression skills of red explant in different contexts.Then,the existing problems of the red education base are sorted out,namely,the lack of political and ideological awareness and cultivation of the lecturers,the lack of professional and artistic expression skills of the consistent explanation style,and the lack of combination with new media in the explanation form confined to the site.Finally,starting from the two perspectives of the Red Education base and the commentator,focusing on the political position,expression skills,selection system and communication mode,this paper discusses how to tell the Chinese story well and help the long-term development of the two.In addition,it is also hoped to provide some reference for the expression skills of the commentator whose core is to spread the red culture,and provide scientific theoretical reference for his development and exploration,so as to promote the talent cultivation of the commentator.
