The Inheritance And Development Of Chinese "Harmony" Culture By A Community With A Shared Future For Mankind

Nowadays,the world is undergoing profound changes,and the old international order dominated by the western countries has many disadvantages.Peace and development are still the theme of the times.General Secretary Xi Jinping inherited and developed the Chinese excellence traditional culture,and proposed a plan to build a community with a shared future for mankind in Chinese wisdom.While combing the historical literature,this paper combines the diplomatic practice of China since the 18 th National Congress and conducts an in-depth analysis of the relationship between Chinese “harmony” culture and a community with a shared future for mankind.Chinese “harmony” culture is broad and profound,with the characteristics of symbiosis,ontology,operability,inclusiveness and cohesion.It still has great value in facing the dilemma of global crisis spread and Counter-globalization trends.It is the value orientation of common development of all countries,the source of power to resolve contradictions and conflicts,and the ideological basis for coordinating international relations.With the peaceful rise of China,the overall national strength and international influence have improved significantly.In keeping with the trend of world cooperation and win-win situation,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind,and it is the core and soul of the diplomacy of a power country with Chinese characteristics in the new time.The inheritance and development of the Chinese “harmony” culture by a community with a shared future for mankind.There are three main aspects: The first is the theoretical basis,the “heaven and earth” holistic thinking,the “four perseverance” and so on,which inherited and developed the “harmony” diplomatic tradition.The second is the basic principles,such as harmonious coexistence,win-win cooperation and so on,which followed the traditional harmony culture.The third is the implementation paths,“harmony”runs through five levels,such as politics and economy.The effectiveness of the Chinese “harmony” culture in the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind diplomacy mainly reflects five aspects: First,establishing and practicing the correct concept of justice in the concept of culture.Second,creating the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank in economic cooperation.Third,advocating the new concept of “green,low-carbon,recycling and sustainable development”in ecological governance.Fourth,it proposed a new concept of security in Asia in terms of security governance.Fifth,it had build “the Belt and Road” initiative in the practice of power country responsibility,and it has achieved the staged results of the continuous expansion of the “friend circle”.Chinese foreign policy has received good results since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.At the same time,it has faced great challenges.The main reason is the structural contradiction between “capitalist country” and “Rising the great power”.It is a long way to go to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
