Research On Health Evaluation For Urban Development Of Ningbo

It’s one of the most urgent problems in urban geography to identify the factors influencing the operation of urban health and the driving mechanism of healthy development,so as to improve the scientificity of urban planning and decision-making.This paper expounds the function logic of town health from the perspective of town subject and its activities,town object and its bearing capacity,and external disturbance.The framework of urban health analysis including economic elasticity,talent environment,ecological environment and coupling coordination of "Economy-Population-Ecology".Based on elastic system and enterprise database,the evolution of economic elasticity and characteristics of spatial and temporal agglomeration of enterprises were measured:(1)The overall economic elasticity of Ningbo growed fluctuatedly,with Xiangshan and Ninghai at a low level,while Haishu and Jiangdong have good elasticity.(2)Multiple structure index and vulnerability sensitivity index are prominent factors influencing the elasticity.It’s found that the vulnerability index and multiple structure index have great influence on the elastic pattern and are consistent with the evolution trend.The influence of activity index and adaptive stability index on elastic spatial pattern is more prominent.(3)From the perspective of enterprise agglomeration,the number of enterprises is increasing,and the areas with high core density are concentrated in Haishu,Jiangdong,Zhenhai,Beilun and Yinzhou.Ningbo can improve innovation vitality by formulating feasible elastic promotion strategy.Analyzing the characteristics of talent environment construction combined the change of innovation carrier and talent introduction policy:(1)The overall talent environment tends to be better,driven by the functions of capacity and output improvement,the introduction and development of talents beneficial to the construction of innovative environment are in line with the strategic positioning cities;Yinzhou,Jiangbei and Cixi have prominent advantages in innovative environment,while Ninghai,Fenghua and Xiangshan are relatively weak.(2)Ningbo bring into play the effect of agglomeration and promotion by building talent development project,platform for entrepreneurship and innovation,and brand with work characteristics.In terms of stage characteristics,Ningbo changed from focusing on invigorating talent stock and expanding talent scale to focusing on shortage and high-level talent development and introduction,and then evolved to the stage of integrated and systematic overall innovation.(3)Advantages of innovation environment constructing include administrative status of the second-tier cities along the eastern coast,the strategic status in the Yangtze river delta economic belt and the financial support of entrepreneurs of Ningbo Gang;Disadvantages include weaker competitiveness compared with Shanghai and Hangzhou,and lack of higher research institutions;Opportunities include the construction of port cities and the strategic goal of building core demonstration zones of Marine economy.Challenges include the intensity of the "War of Wits" and the challenge of creating an innovation high ground in the "valley of blue wisdom".With the help of ecological environment index,geostatistical analysis and contribution rate of ecological environment,the differentiation of ecological environment quality is analyzed:(1)The ecological quality is "high in south and low in north",high quality areas respectively includes Yuyao and the south of Beilun,the east and west ends of Yinzhou and the whole territory of Fenghua,Ninghai and Xiangshan.Low quality areas includes Yuyao,Fenghua,Beilun,Zhenhai,Haishu,Yinzhou Jiangbei and Jiangdong;(2)Environmental quality has improved in stages and deteriorated on the whole.The ecological environment quality index of Jiangdong and Haishu is very low,while the index of Ninghai,Fenghua and Xiangshan is at a high value.(3)The transformation of forest land into agricultural land,agricultural land into urban land and rural land is the leading factor for the deterioration of environmental quality,while the transformation of agricultural land into forest land is the primary factor for environmental improvement.The coupling mechanism of "Economy-Population-Ecology" for urban health is evaluated by referring to the model of capacity coupling with the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the structure and strength of "three-life space" as the background:(1)The study found that,Jiangdong,Jiangbei,Yinzhou,Zhenhai are high value areas of economic elasticity.Besides fenghua,ninghai and xiangshan,most of the yongbei areas are the high value area,the second high value area and the median value area.Fenghua,Ninghai and Xiangshan are the high value areas and the second high value areas of ecological environmental elements,while Zhenhai and Jiangdong are the low ecological coefficient areas.(2)Combining the coupling characteristics of "Economy-Population-Ecology",counties are divided into development coordination type,intermediate coordination type,primary coordination type,mild imbalance type and lag imbalance type.
