The Changning County,located in the west of Yunnan Province has a rich historical and cultural heritage.A unique multi-ethnic tribal culture was formed during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period.It also established a link with the Han culture in the Western Han Dynasty and belonged to the Provincial Department of Yizhou County,known as the Ailao State.As evidenced by a large number of bronzes discovered and unearthed in the territory,it is preliminarily inferred to be a core area of Ailao culture.Most of these bronze wares are unique in shape and cultural elements,and have strong regional cultural characteristics.Among them,the bronze handle and bronze yue,the sharp-pointed human face scimitar,the bronze finger guard,the bell copper ring,and the copper box are more representative The unique and representative bronze culture in the middle and lower reaches of the Lancang River.This article takes the bronze ware of Changning area as the research object,analyzes the connotation of bronze culture in this area from the microscopic perspective of the bronze ware itself,such as the shape characteristics and decorative elements,and then combines the macro perspective of cultural exchanges and interactions in various regions in the development of human history and culture to find the cultural factors and cultural interaction possibilities in the bronze culture of this area.On the basis of affirming that the bronze culture of Changning area is a unique local culture,it is preliminarily inferred that there is the possibility of cultural interaction between the bronze culture of Changning area and Yunnan culture,Bashu area,Gansu area,Guangdong and Guangxi areas.It is a diverse and vibrant regional culture.
