Research On The Development Of Inheritors Of Local Intangible Cultural Heritage

Inheritors of intangible cultural heritage bear the important task of inheriting the wisdom,consciousness and spirit of the Chinese nation.In 2011,China officially passed the intangible cultural heritage law of the people’s Republic of China,and the protection of intangible cultural heritage in China has embarked on the track of legalization.Through a series of systems and measures,the practical difficulties have been greatly alleviated.However,with the globalization,modernization and the aging of inheritors,intangible cultural heritage is facing the danger of extinction and homogeneity.From the development of intangible cultural heritage inheritors,this paper selects xiaslang songs in Wuzhou,Guangxi as a case study,comprehensively uses the methods of consulting data,case analysis and literature analysis to study the development evaluation system of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage of slang.Through semi structured interviews,we can understand the current situation and problems of inheritors’ development and analyze the causes On this basis,this paper puts forward the ideas and Countermeasures to optimize the inheritor system of intangible cultural heritage.The main contents of this paper include four aspects: firstly,it states the background and significance of this study,introduces the research ideas and routes,summarizes the domestic and foreign literature and research,introduces the research methods and innovation points,defines the concepts of intangible cultural heritage,intangible cultural heritage inheritor,talent development and intangible cultural Heritage inheritor development,and introduces the application in this study To the two factor theory and multi center governance theory and other basic theories.Secondly,it makes an empirical analysis on the development of intangible cultural heritage inheritors of xiaslang in Wuzhou City,introduces the general situation of intangible cultural heritage of xiaslang,the basic situation of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage of xiaslang,the development approaches of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage of xiaslang and the development effect of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage of xiaslang.Thirdly,through the analysis of the problems and reasons of the development of the inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage of the next slang,the Countermeasures of optimizing the development of the inheritors of the local intangible cultural heritage are obtained,including: to predict and plan the development of the inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage and formulate measures;to formulate the development analysis and development requirements for the individual inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage;and to improve and perfect the talent stimulation Finally,it concludes that the development of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage is the need of social development,the appropriate incentive mechanism is an important factor in talent development,and it is necessary to establish a diversified development system led by the government.
