At present,the theoretical research on lacquer painting mainly focuses on lacquer painting techniques and "diversification" of styles,and the artistic value or cultural value of "images" and "symbols" as well as the controversy involving the concept of lacquer painting itself,but little attention has been paid to the investigation of the subject of lacquer painting creation.Based on the new perspective of the subject of lacquer painting creation,the paper links the theory of lacquer painting with the concepts of philosophy,art and aesthetics so as to study the autonomy of the subject of lacquer painting creation.There are four parts in the article.The first part firstly analyzes the literal meaning of "autonomy" from the perspective of word formation,and interprets"autonomy" as a power of "self-selection and self-control".Secondly,autonomy is investigated from the basic universal philosophical level,and the ideological origin of autonomy between China and the West is deeply explored and studied.Finally,the similarities and differences between Chinese and western autonomy are compared to determine the concept of autonomy in the paper:That is,the paint painter’s autonomy is multi-dimensional.In the second part,components of autonomy in lacquer painting creation stage are analyzed,which is the analysis of the subject,object,noumenon and the interrelation between giving and receiving of lacquer painting creation from the angle of artistic creation theory.Then the creation process of lacquer painting is described,including the conception stage surrounding the interrelation between subject and object,and the transmission stage surrounding the interrelation between subject and noumenon.In the third part,in conjunction with the example of "modeling group",the performance of autonomy in lacquer painting is analyzed.Since the interpretation of the concept of autonomy in Marxist philosophy can only explain the general laws and fundamental methods of autonomy,but the autonomy of paint painters should be multi-dimensional,including "western tendency of autonomy","Tao tendency of autonomy" and"Confucianism tendency of autonomy".Therefore,the independent performance of lacquer painters in various tendencies is discussed from various aspects combining examples.In the fourth part,several phenomena that affect the autonomy of lacquer artists is pointed out,including copying and imitation,process and procedure,utility and attitude,and correspondingly expounds the fundamental methods to promote and break through the autonomy in lacquer painting creation.The article aims to specify the dominant position of the subject of lacquer painting creation in creative activities through the interrelation among the paint painting creation subject,object and noumenon.At the same time,it shows that the lacquer painters’ artistic works with different tendencies and different features are closely related to their own views of autonomy.It is helpful for lacquer painting creation to present a clearer way of creation in the form of diversification and complexity.
