A Study Of Colloquial Words In Yi Hao Lei Bian

Yi Hao Lei Bian is a kind of book which records the different names of the ancients compiled by Shi Menglan in the late Qing Dynasty.There are 2608 entries in the book,including 20 volumes and 14 categories.The cited literature involves all kinds of classics and histories,and the collected materials are rich in content It is helpful to understand the use and development of colloquial words and enrich the study of the history of Chinese vocabulary.In addition,the exploration of the academic value of the colloquial words in Yi Hao Lei Bian can promote the development of the compilation of Chinese dictionaries.This paper consists of three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part mainly introduces the reason of the topic,research significance,research status and research methods.The main body consists of four chapters.The first chapter gives a brief introduction to Shi Menglan and his Yi Hao Lei Bian,and analyzes the items and cited documents from the perspective of exegetics and philology;the second chapter gives an explanation of the common words in Yi Hao Lei Bian,which is divided into appellation,object,action and character according to the semantics;the third chapter gives an example from the perspective of word formation The fourth chapter analyzes the academic value of the colloquial words from the perspective of culture and lexicology.The conclusion is the summary of the whole paper.
