Management Implication And New Era Construction Of Craftsman Spirit From The Perspective Of Mohism

At present,China is in an important period of transformation from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country.It is urgent to establish correct professional values of craftsmen and strive to shape the image of a powerful manufacturing country.In recent years,craftsmanship spirit has been widely concerned and discussed in various fields,and it has also triggered a deeper exploration in the academic circles.Mohist Thought was once used as a tool to face the national and social problems,think and put forward solutions in ancient times.It has rich management implications.Compared with other theories,it emphasizes the importance of craftsman’s technical experience.Therefore,in drawing the essence of the traditional craftsman spirit theory in Mohist school,we need to combine the current development practice with a comprehensive interpretation and reasonable construction of the spirit of the craftsman in the new age.Based on this,this study traces the craftsman culture and craftsman thinking in Mohist Thought,refines the spirit of Mohist craftsman with the theoretical characteristics of "keeping improving","cultivating both morality and art" and "combining Taoism and technology",and analyzes the reasons for the lack of contemporary craftsman spirit from this perspective,From the predicament,this paper explores the development law of craftsmen in the new era of "making clear the positioning of craftsmen","promoting the traditional training system" and "advancing to social politics",and then combines the spirit of Mohist craftsmen with modern management to establish a craftsman management system based on strategic thinking management,organizational behavior management and system construction management,Finally,from the perspective of the combination of theory and practice,it constructs the spirit of craftsman in a new era,that is,to advocate the concept of "building the country through industry" and establish the professional values of craftsman;Improve the quality of workers,strengthen the main spirit of innovation;We should improve the craftsman development policy,standardize the craftsman system,create the craftsman spirit with the characteristics of the times and carry forward its unique practical value.
