| Along with our country museum is open free and a persistent surge in museum visit,the quality of the museum exhibition gradually increased.However,visitors always feel tired with confused knowledge and drab information explosion.How to improve the museum exhibition on display from the perspective of visitors of the exhibition experience has become an important research content.This paper taking the game incentive mechanism and FOGG behavior model as the theory,proposed a mobile terminal product design scheme which can be used in the museum,to cooperate with the exhibition themed as bead pattern,fabric and clothing,in order to spread knowledge interestingly and improve the museum exhibition viewing experience.The main work of this topic includes:(1)Investigated the exhibition methods of typical museums in China.Visited several typical museums in China to learn about patterns,fabrics and clothing in the existing museum displays and exhibitions,and concluded that the fabric and clothing exhibits were mostly tiled or hung in the exhibition cases.The display methods of exhibit information include physical exhibit information board,exhibit information on the background of the display case,exhibit information on the plane below the display case,and description information on the wall of a large area outside the display case.(2)Analyzed and researched existing mobile terminal products.Studied the current high-quality museum and traditional culture-related mobile terminal products,analyzed the application cases of game incentive mechanism and FOGG behavior model in such products,explored their functional composition and interactive characteristics,and determined how to use mobile terminal products to assist exhibition viewing and improve exhibition viewing experience.(3)Conducted target user interview,research and data analysis.Hold semi-structured user interviews and questionnaire investigation to museum lovers and people who had the museum exhibition experience.Most of them are 19-25 years old,but also some people under 18 and above 40 years old.Explore the visitors behavior and exhibition requirements in the museum exhibition.Take Fogg behavior model combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)in the second semi-structured user interviews,finding the specific factors that influence the user good exhibition experience.After remove man-made factors,environment,facilities,finally get 4 motivation factors,11 factors and 5 trigger conditions affecting user exhibition experience.And 6 design opportunities:Increase the connection among exhibits;Link the function with the display in the exhibition;Put more content on mobile terminals to improve the queuing situation;Design objectives of exhibition for users;Design more functions to lower the user’s ability threshold;Design features that allow users to focus on the exhibition.(4)Output a mobile terminal products design scheme based on the game incentive mechanism.As an example of bead pattern,fabrics,clothing exhibition,conclusion based on user interviews and questionnaires are combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the theory of incentive mechanism and Fogg game model are applied to the design of mobile terminal product,outputted a mobile terminal products design scheme,which can be used in the museum exhibition environment After the usability testing,the design scheme also modified. |
