| Anxiety is one of the common emotional problems,which usually occurs in early childhood.Young children’s anxiety is different from that of older children and adults.Young children are more likely to show anxiety through avoidance,crying,anger,aggression and other behaviors,rather than expressing their subjective feelings of fear or anxiety about specific stimuli.Family is the main living place of children,so family factors such as mindfulness,family parenting style,parent-child relationship and so on will affect children’s anxiety level.This study explored the effect of mindfulness on children’s anxiety,and used family rearing style and parent-child relationship as mediating variables to explore its internal mechanism.This research adopts the "reeducation through mindfulness questionnaire","parent-child relationship scale" parents parenting questionnaire "and" children’s anxiety questionnaire of 1242 3-6 years old children’s parents online questionnaire survey,a total of recycling effective questionnaire 1147,adopt SPSS23.0 software for statistical data analysis,using AMOS24.0 software structural equation analysis of the mediation effect of latent variables,and the use of mplus8.3 software build relationship model of four variables.The results are as follows:(1)The overall scores of mindfulness parenting,family parenting style and parent-child relationship are all above average;The scores of children’s anxiety are below the middle level.Parents of children of different grades have significant differences in the dimensionality of moment-centered consciousness and attention,the democratic dimension of parenting style scale,and the dimensionality of anxiety scale except Obsessive-compulsive disorder among children of different grades.The scores of children of different genders were significantly different only in the dimension of generalized anxiety.(2)There were significant differences between the parents of the only child and the non-only child in the scores of the present moment centered consciousness and attention,the non-judgmental dimension,the dimensions of the parent-child relationship scale,the democratic dimension and the autocratic dimension of the parenting style scale.(3)There are significant differences among parents of children with different educational backgrounds in the dimensionality of mind-centered consciousness and concern,the democratic and autocratic dimensions of the parenting style scale,and the dimensions of obsessive-compulsive disorder,generalized anxiety and fear of injury of the infant anxiety scale.There are significant differences among parents of different professions in the dimensions of the Mindfulness Rearing Scale,the intimacy dimension of the parent-child relationship scale,the autocracy dimension of the parenting style scale,and the obsessive-compulsive disorder dimension of the infant anxiety scale.(4)There is a significant correlation between mindful parenting,family parenting style,parent-child relationship and children’s anxiety.The level of mindful parenting,democratic family parenting style and close parent-child relationship are all negatively correlated with children’s anxiety.(5)Mindful parenting has a negative effect on children’s anxiety,and the direct effect is significant.Family parenting style and parent-child relationship have a parallel mediating effect,which is a partial mediating effect.The results of this study show that mindfulness breeding is an effective method to reduce children’s anxiety,and family upbringing and parent-child relationship as a intermediary effect to influence children’s anxiety,to explore the various influence factors of children’s anxiety can be different parenting intervention guidance for future for parents to provide theoretical value,and provides practical direction to improve children’s anxiety problems. |
