As the Internet technology develops,here are various kinds of methods,such as live broadcasting,recording,MOOC,micro-course and so on,which bring convenience to students.The vast majority of schools still adopt the traditional teaching method,that is offline teaching.With the outbreak of coronavirus,how to ensure normal teaching has become a big problem.This thesis intends to explore the teachers’ classroom teaching behavior in senior high school.The purpose of this study is to know the current situation of teaching behavior in webcast teaching,which is helpful to give some advice to online teaching and first-line teachers.This study will study English teachers’ behavior in the first and second grades and select some students in the first and second grade randomly to issue questionnaires.Meanwhile,the webcast teaching record of reading class(take Dingding Live as an example)will be observed.The purpose of collecting data by the questionnaire survey and the improved Flanders interactive analysis system is to ensure the accuracy from students and classroom records.This paper studies the classroom teaching behavior from five perspectives: narration behavior,questioning behavior,presentation behavior,feedback behavior and classroom management behavior.The research have shown that senior high school English teachers in webcast teaching act well,who can basically meet the student’s learning needs and teaching requirements.The students are basically satisfied with the webcast teaching method.From different perspectives,narration behavior occupies most of the time,and teacher can clearly teach the knowledge and complete the teaching task.Teachers’ questioning behavior,presentation behavior and classroom management behavior are better.In the webcast teaching,some methods in traditional teaching can be used properly,such as asking questions or presenting the teaching content in detail.The feedback given by English teachers in online classes needs to be improved and teacher should not just simply praise or repeat students’ questions and answers.Suggestions will be given from three aspects: schools,teachers and platform to achieve effective teaching.
