An Analysis Of The Performance Of Liu Tianhua And Hua Yanjun’s Erhu Works

Liu Tianhua and Hua Yanjun play an important role in the development history of Chinese erhu.They enriched the creation and evolution of erhu in the development history of modern national instrumental music.The two artists have left a few classic works in the music scene.The author chooses Liu Tianhua’s Moonlight Night and Hua Yanjun’s Reflection of the Moon as the research objects of this paper.By collecting the relevant materials and acoustics of the two works,the author intends to analyze and explore the creative background,structure,application of playing techniques and musical connotation of Moonlight Night and Moonlight;Reflection of the Moon from the perspective of performance,and explore the artistic value embodied in the two works.
