At present,Common Core State Standards is widely used in the United States.As a national curriculum standard in the United States,it is committed to cultivating students with college learning and career preparation literacy in reading,writing,speaking,listening and language.The reading standards of National Language Curriculum standard in American Primary Schools is an important part of it.Through the macro level College and Career Readiness Anchor Standards for Reading,it clearly stipulates the micro level specific reading standard of each grade.Standards of Native Language Curriculum of the United States has been carrying out the overall goal of the curriculum,preparing for university study and career,emphasizing on improving students’ reading literacy,The curriculum standard has mentioned the ability of students at different stages for College and Career Readiness.In primary school,we should integrate all subjects with Native Language,attach importance to the cultivation of students’critical thinking,enhance the ability of text interpretation and analysis,and pay great attention to the cultivation of students’ research ability and media skills.In the specific aspect of reading standards,the concept of reading is committed to cultivating students’Reading Literacy of college learning and career preparation;the goal of reading requires mastering rich subject knowledge,reading knowledge and cultivating students’ independence and consciousness of reading;the content of reading is elaborated from its structure,dimension division to specific content,and the corresponding grade content includes the content of the text Key Ideas and Details,Craft and Structure,Integration of Knowledge and Ideas,Range of Reading and Level of Text Complexity are introduced.The content standard has the characteristics of clear direction,logical system,and strong utilitarian.In the reading teaching suggestions,the method of questioning and critical reading is emphasized,and the skills of evidence-based and reasonable reasoning are emphasized In the aspect of reading evaluation,it has the characteristics of detailed evaluation standard,corresponding evaluation system based on computer network,professional quantification,combining with students’ life situation,task orientation and so on.Finally,it enlightens the revision of reading requirements in Native Language Curriculum standards,including paying attention to reading practicability,preparing for future study and life,refining reading objectives,strengthening low reading training,paying attention to the balance between information text and literature text reading,based on text interpretation,cultivating the ability to read complex texts,strengthening critical and empirical reading,and cultivating interdisciplinary learning ability In addition,the ability of using force and media and the evaluation of task situation under computer system are added.
