Study On The Resource Value And Tourism Development Of The Great Site

IIn the new era,the requirements for urbanization construction are much higher than before.Under the new environment of tourism,more and more large sites have received much attention from the state,and the state has issued a large number of protection policies.At present,theoretical research on large sites has achieved results in academia,but there are still some problems in resource value mining,tourism development mode and specific practice.This paper takes the resources of the great sites as the research object,and puts forward the author’s opinion on the concept of the big site.Based on the historical stage,it systematically analyzes and studies including the value of the resources of the great ruins and its tourism development model of Changzhou Yancheng,nearly 148 large sites in the protection list of the Great Site during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.,finally providing feasible suggestions for the tourism development of Yancheng site.The thesis adopts historical literature review method,field investigation method and deductive method to systematically sort out the definitions of related concepts at home and abroad,and summarizes the three key words of the big site:large,deep and comprehensive.In order to further enrich the theoretical research of large sites,the author classifies the large sites in various ways.According to the discipline categories,functional attributes,background environment,geographical division,etc.,the basic attributes of the ten typical large sites are listed in the form of tables.Features for microscopic analysis.At the same time,with the historical dynasty replacement as the main line,the 148 large sites in the "13th Five-Year Plan" were protected by the large sites,and the historical stages,category attributes and characteristics were summarized,and the characteristics of other similar large sites in different historical periods were derived.The resources of large sites are different from other tourism resources and have their uniqueness and particularity.On the basis of this resource,a large number of ruins are used as backgrounds to explore the rich resource values of large sites,such as historical and cultural values,scientific values,artistic values,etc.,which is the only way to study the tourism development model of large sites.By collecting a large amount of literature and historical materials,we will explore the fixed and scalable development models that have been formed in the process of tourism development in large-scale sites,including two types of single display and comprehensive development.The monolithic display pays more attention to archaeological experience and simulation reproduction.Development models such as ecological restoration and theme parks;and comprehensive development refers to the development of a wide-ranging park model,site museum model,tourist scenic model,forest park model and cultural industry district model.These models have their own characteristics,and there are certain crossovers in the development and utilization of large sites.In particular,the resource development unit display mode is often a combination.The theoretical research of large sites has been increasing year by year.However,there are many problems in the practice of many large sites.,such as the development and utilization of the main concept deviation,neglecting its own resource value,improper development model and incompatibility with urban development.Therefore,it is especially important to propose practical countermeasures and promote the sustainable development of the cultural industry in the Great Site,deepen the value of the resources of the large sites,also increase the development intensity and new ideas,It also tries to use the diversified model to develop large sites,promote the integration with the urban human landscape,and explore the road with practical reference.Through the preliminary field research and data compilation,the most complete preservation of the Spring and Autumn Yancheng site has a unique "three cities and three rivers"pattern,which has important research value.Yancheng and unique urban structure and water conservancy design have extremely high historical value,scientific value and artistic value,etc.,and have excellent educational functions for future generations.At present,the Spring and Autumn Yancheng tourist scenic spot has mainly developed five functional divisions.The model of the combination of the ruins park and the ruins museum is used.The author analyzes the development status and proposes feasible suggestions based according to the resource development and utilization in order to provide feasible countermeasures,and also provide reference for tourism development of other large sites.
