| The arrival of the Internet + era has led to the rapid development of a series of online courses,such as micro-course,resource sharing course,MOOC,SPOC and so on,which provides a foundation for the combination of online and offline hybrid learning,and hybrid learning has become a key experimental promotion target in Colleges and universities.At present,in our school,the teaching of blended learning curriculum is also in the stage of exploration and construction.This study investigates the blended learning courses offered by the school,taking into account the nature of the subject,curriculum content,teaching experience of teachers and other factors,selecting English reading and writing course to carry out empirical research on blended learning.According to the preliminary research,improving the utilization of learning resources,learners’ enthusiasm for interactive communication,collaborative inquiry ability and innovation ability are the problems that need to be solved in the current English reading and writing curriculum,and how to improve learning support services to improve the effect of blended learning is the ultimate goal of this study.This study summarizes the previous studies on learning support services in blended learning by reading literature.Based on the actual situation of blended learning in English reading and writing course,this study constructs a theoretical framework of learning support services model from the perspective of new constructivism learning theory,which includes personnel support services,environmental support services,resource support services.Activity support services,evaluation support services.Three rounds of action research were carried out on the undergraduates of College English Class A,Grade 18 in H Normal University.The first round was planning and arranging,investigating the current situation of the course,summarizing the specific problems,improving the specific links of the learning support service model,and arranging the implementation progress and content of action research;The second round is action and observation,which mainly provides corresponding learning support services for learners,improves the design of teaching activities under the guidance of new constructivism learning theory,and summarizes the problems;The third round of practice is to summarize and reflect,to modify and improve the problems in the first round of practice,to adjust teaching strategies,and to improve related services.Finally,through scale research and platform learning data analysis,the learning effect of learners is analyzed and evaluated.The study shows that,under the guidance of the new constructivist learning theory,providing perfect learning support services for learners can effectively improve the problems in blended learning courses,enhance the effect of blended learning,and effectively improve the utilization rate of learning resources,the enthusiasm of interactive communication,the ability of collaborative inquiry and innovation. |
