| As an integral part of Confucius outlook,Confucius’ s religious outlook has attracted more and more attention from scholars.Scholars have carried out studies on the Confucius religious outlook on the basis of whether they are religious or not.It is concluded that the religious outlook of Confucius is the moral humanities connotation of religious outlook.Through analysis and research,it is clear that Confucius’ religious outlook is based on inner morality.Confucius’ s religious outlook should be viewed from two aspects.One is from the connection between supreme being and human,the other is from spirits and human.From the perspective of the connection between supreme being and human,Confucius acknowledged the existence of supreme being.However,through the analysis of Confucius’ outlook,it is concluded that the supreme being of Confucius is no longer the supreme being of primitive religion,the supreme being of Confucius is more moral.Confucius regarded the tao of supreme being as the moral requirement of supreme being on human beings.To conform to the tao of supreme being is to obtain the inner moral power from supreme being,to highlight the subjectivity of human,and to build a harmonious society on the basis of this inner Ren.From spirits and human,Confucius kept a respectful distance from spirits.As well,Confucius did not deny spirits,but treated them with a rational attitude.Through the way of fete and funeral,Confucius externalized the Ren obtained from the supreme being into Li,and treat human’s live or death with Li.Through the relationship between supreme being,human and spirits,We can know that the Confucius’ s outlook do indeed have their religious color,However,Confucius’ religious outlook is beyond the original religious outlook,It is the humanistic spirit and religious outlook supported by inner morality.Confucius advocated the inherent moral transcendence rooted in supreme being,highlighted human’s life subjectivity and showed cultural concepts and activities from inherent holy transcendence.The moral and cultural world was paved throughthe function of inherent holy transcendence in such religious activities as funeral ceremonies,life and death outlook;his religious outlook is to highly the moral world and remains human subjectivity. |
