| This study takes the volunteers of Chinese teachers in Thailand from 2018 to 2019 as the objects of the survey,and tracks more than 100 volunteers of Chinese teachers in Thailand to study their cross-cultural adaptation and its adaptation process.Through the periodic analysis of the questionnaire data,The author found that in terms of social life,volunteers of Chinese teachers to Thailand are a process of slow adaptation at the early stage and continuous adaptation at the later stage.In terms of work,it is different from the traditional research results,showing a process of "constant adaptation,adjustment and re-adaptation".Through interviews,the author verified the questionnaire results and analyzed that the strategies of volunteers in cross-cultural adaptation can be divided into positive and negative ones.The effects of social support and expectation on psychological adaptation were also investigated.Based on the research results,the author puts forward four Suggestions for future volunteers to better adapt to the life and work in Thailand. |
