From Sketching To Creation

The relationship between sketching and creation is revealed in the theory of "Good fortune outside the division,the source of a heart".Whether ancient or modern,landscape painting,flowers and birds,figure painting are inseparable from sketching.Sketching is not only an important way for painters to temper their art,but also a new way for more and more painters to create through sketching.Sketching and creation are interdependent and organically linked as a whole.In this paper,through the development of the traditional view of sketching and the discussion of the process from sketching to creation of modern landscape painters,the author grasps the method and spirit from sketching to creation,and combines with the study of copying,realizes the artistic thought and language from sketching to creation of landscape painters,draws experience from it,and then combines with his own sketching practice,to discuss the specific process of my landscape painting creation and the thinking of problems in creation Examination and solutions.The whole creation process not only made me have a deep understanding of Taihang Mountain,but also realized the importance of sketching in the creation.In the future study of landscape painting,we should steadfastly sketch,temper our brush and ink in the sketch,improve our aesthetic level,and achieve the purpose of creation by artistic processing of what we see in the sketch.Only in this way can we grasp the right direction in the future painting.
