| Susanne K.Langer is a western semiotic aesthete who systematically discusses art in the mid-20 th century.Her view of form is based on the western modern aesthetic theory,and it is the inheritance and development of western modern formal ideas from the early 20 th century to the mid-20 th century.Under the influence of Whitehead’s process philosophy,Susanne K.Langer learned the research method of symbolic logic and believed that art is an organic whole form.Under the influence of Cassirer’s semiotics of human culture,Susanne K.Langer studied various phenomena of human culture in symbolic form and turned her research to the discovery of life and life in art form.Under the influence of such western aesthetic schools as British formalism represented by Clive bell and expressionism represented by croce,Susanne K.Langer connects art form with human’s life emotion and thinks that they share a common logical form.In the human culture,Susanne K.Langer divides the symbolic form into "push reason" and "non-push reason".The symbolic form of "push reason" is represented by science,attaches importance to logical inference,and abstracts the concepts of universality and generality from concrete things.The symbolic form of "non-deductive reason",represented by art,attaches importance to the perception of holistic symbols and expresses human subjective experience.As a form of art symbol,it creates a kind of "illusion"."illusion" is a form of symbol,which shows the structure and pattern of emotional activities.The "good" in the form of art symbol lies in clearly presenting the emotion integrated into the art works.Human beings have their own logical form of life,which is characterized by continuity,function,rhythm and creative mutation of life.The organic whole form of art form is logically related to the logical form of human life,and art form is an organic form of life.Human emotions can be expressed through art forms.Emotions are the content of art.Aesthetic experience means that people’s emotions are immersed in art forms.Forms have different presentations in different art categories: painting art is an "illusory space".The form in painting art not only lies in the form of materials and the structure of works,but also lies in the form elements of constructing illusory space,including the limitation of frames and the growth and movement of lines.Musical art is "unreal time",the form in musical art should exist in the perception of human beings,it is a "form of movement",the tension of musical structure is inseparable from human’s experience about time.Dance art is "illusory force",the form of dance art is the body posture presented,is the structure of "force",has the effect of catharsis and purification.Literature and art are "illusory life".The form in literature and art is not only the combination of language,narrative mode and structure,but also the organization of "illusory events",which constructs an illusory world and shows imaginative life experience.Drama art is "unreal history",the form in drama art is composed of action,the form of "suspense" has the function of promoting the foreboding plot and showing the destiny of human beings.Susanne K.Langer thinks that "art is the creation of formal symbols of emotion".Art forms create "illusion",and "illusion" exists in an independent and integral symbolic form,which is closely related to the existence of human beings.Art forms have the characteristics of expressiveness and metaphor.People can directly perceive art forms through intuition and express their aesthetic feelings.Art forms are characterized by creativity,and artistic creation of inspiration is not reproducible.It is closely related to people’s perception of life and is the embodiment of people’s vitality.Under the influence of external environment and internal life,the constant innovation of art forms is formed through the operation of art symbols.The breakthrough features of art form show the unique life experience of artists,which enables the existence value of human beings to break through the original cultural constraints,forms a unique "image" to show their lives,and creates works that transcend The Times,thus reflecting the possible survival difficulties of human beings and promoting the progress of civilization.The influence of Susanne K.Langer on the western aesthetic form view mainly lies in the logical relationship between artistic symbols and human life.Lotman established the overall form view of literary and artistic structure semiotics,and western aesthetics began to pay attention to the relationship between human life and art.Susan langer’s semiotic aesthetics has a certain influence on Chinese scholars’ artistic creation and theoretical religious,geometric or purely phenomenal forms,Chinese art forms are reified forms.Susanne K.Langer makes us reflect on how Chinese people’s lives are expressed through reified forms.Reflecting on the individual experience of Chinese aesthetics in emotion and pursuing the consciousness of modern form in form creation,this paper aims to promote the construction of the theory of emotion and form of
