As early as before the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895,The Japanese imperialists began to have a strong desire to invade northeast China and Inner Mongolia.Investigation teams were sent into northeast China to gather intelligence. After the sino-japanese War of 1894-1895 broke out,the Japanese army invaded Liaodong and Southern Liaodong on a large scale through Korea, and made war slaughter in Lushun. As soon as the 20 th century began,Japan’s aggression forced the defeated Russia to sign the Treaty of Portsmouth with Japan by launching the Russo-Japanese War in northeast China.Since then,Japan has obtained the South Manchurian branch line of the Middle East railway from Changchun to Lushun and all the rights attached to the railway. In this way,the vast southern and western parts of the northeast adjacent to Inner Mongolia became all Japanese spheres of influence and colonies.Since the early years of the Republic of China, the Activities of the Japanese army in Inner Mongolia once changed to "low-key",that is,from large-scale military aggression with open fire to the "independence movement" secretly instigated by the Mongolian princes behind the scenes. In more than ten years,Japanese spies have created babuzab rebellion,"Mongolian youth rebellion" and so on.But since The arrival of Yoshikazu Tanaka’s cabinet, the Japanese imperialists, believing their military might to be sufficient, have once again exposed their fangs of aggression against China. In the "Manchurian and Mongolian" areas alone, the Hunchun Incident, the Wan Baoshan Incident and the Nakamura Incident were successively launched, culminating in the September 18 th Incident. When the Japanese Kwantung Army stepped up its aggression against northeast China, the local government of Northeast China headed by Zhang Xueliang chose to avoid its attack and carried out the strategy of "no resistance".Within a short time, the three provinces of northeast China and all parts of eastern Inner Mongolia were captured. In the face of the kwantung army’s reckless conduct, patriotic figures and military generals of all nationalities in northeast China rose up one after another and formed voluntary militia and national Salvation army to resist the Japanese invading army.Among them,li Haishan’s troops who started the Anti-Japanese War in the north of Liao and Mengbian were a patriotic anti-japanese team with outstanding achievements and far-reaching influence. The content of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the historical background of modern Japanese aggression against northeast China and Inner Mongolia. From the formation, confirmation and implementation of modern Japanese aggression policy against China, the countermeasures of local governments in northeast China and the situation of northeast Chinese people’s resistance against Japanese aggression. The second part is about li Haishan’s organization of anti-Japanese activities in The northern Part of Liaoning province. The first part is the origin of his anti-Japanese thoughts. The second part is about Li Haishan’s war with the Japanese in the northern part of Liaoning Province. The third part is about the situation after Li Haishan retreated from the northeast, first he took part in the Qadong recapture war, then he devoted himself to the intelligence work. The fourth part is the conclusion.
