Can peers have an impact on adolescents’ eating disorders? In order to investigate the above problems, this study is divided into three parts. In the pre experiment,130 adolescents in three classes of a middle school in Changchun were selected by random sampling to determine the status of eating disorders.Based on the horizontal social network analysis,932 subjects were measured by the index random graph model to investigate the homogeneity of eating disorders between adolescents and their peers. In Study 2,based on the longitudinal social network analysis,a random actor model was used to measure 900 subjects at three time points in a year,in order to explore whether the homogeneity was caused by selection effect or influence effect.According to the results of this study, the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Adolescents have eating disorders, such as dieting, bulimia and body dissatisfaction.(2)Adolescents and their peers have homogeneity in diet and body dissatisfaction.(3)The cause of diet and body dissatisfaction homogeneity is based on peer influence effect. |
