A Study On The Style Of Japanese Anime

The animation is a unique form of dynamic image that shares a similar historical beginning to the live-action movie and is closely related to the development of science and technology of cinema.After the WWII,Japanese animated film gradually formed its unique style and diversified business and art genres by imitating and learning the Hollywood animation.At the same time,numbers of famous animation directors and masters with highly influence worldwide began to appear.These variety styles and the artistic and commercial achievements and influences of Japanese anime have not only made it one of the most successful film genres in Japan in the past two decades but also showed an important radiation and influence in the range of worldwide animation films.Therefore,it is of great significance for the research on the development and the forming of the art styles of Japanese animation,because it will allow us to establish a complete understanding of the worldwide animation and will play an important role in the study and creation of Chinese animation.This article has four chapters.In the first three chapters,the development of Japanese animated films is used as a clue and its development process will be divided into three stages: beginning-development-maturity.This part combines the horizontal analysis of the narrative method,painting style and culture expression of Japanese animation,and places them under the framework of the world and Japanese film history,animation history,and the development of Japanese social history.This allow us to sort out and determine the source and development model of contemporary Japanese animation styles and forms.The fourth chapter will be built on the historical basis of the first three chapters and will horizontally compare the aesthetic differences between the animation and live-action movies under the core of dynamic images,in order to answer that how would Japanese anime shows its characteristics and cultural influence as a unique dynamic image form.In the end,combining the historical development process and aesthetic analysis,this article attempts to find out where the style of Japanese Anime comes from and how it is formed during the development and to provide some references to the production and development of Chinese animation.
