The evolution of the economic relations in the Song Dynasty has an inherited status and occupied an extremely important position in the development and evolution of our feudal economy.This article takes the protection of the State-owned land tenancy in the Southern Song Dynasty as the object of investigation,and explores the role of various parties.In the tenancy of the State-owned land in the Southern Song Dynasty,the government house was both the lessor and the referee of conflicts between officials and the people.Tenants often take advantage of loopholes in national policies and even grab more land and property regardless of violating national laws,This led to the increasingly complicated relationship between the tenants in the tenancy ofthe State-owned land in the Southern Song Dynasty.How to maintain the relationship established between the government and the people through the tenancy official tenancy is the focus of this article.From the national perspective,he ruler needs to formulate a systematic tenancy law to protect the government land tenancy.In terms of folks,the landlords assist the country in law enforcement in the form of township covenants and family law clan regulations,It providing grass-roots protection for State-owned land renters.From the perspective of the contract system,the contract tenancy system established a dominant position in the Song Dynasty.In the State-owned land tenancy management,it also borrowed folk customs,an signed contracts with tenants who rented official fields,and used them as important evidence in the actual judicial process.Whether the three-in-one guarantee system of the government,the private sector and the contract can effectively maintain the tenancy relationship of the government and generate revenues needs to be verified in practice.From the point of view of land income,during the period of Shaoxing,the rental income of the State-owned land wasconsiderable,which effectively eased the national financial pressure.However,after Shaoxing,the income of the State-owned land rental was very small,and the disputes in the lease of the State-owned land were endless.The reasons for this situation can be considered from two aspects From a macro perspective,the guarantee system of the State-owned land rent system in the Southern Song Dynasty was relatively comprehensive,and the three forces were intertwined and supplemented each other.From a micro perspective,the system design of the government of the Southern Song Dynasty was flawed,and the civilian power had not yet grown.The official land lease contract was attached to the state system,and true government-civil parity had not yet been achieved.In the case that these three forces are not mature enough,and the coordination is not coordinated with each other,the effect of guaranteeing the operation of the government land lease is unsatisfactory.The purpose of this article is to study the protection of State-owned land tenancy in the Southern Song Dynasty.
