Study On The Necessity Of Establishing Rock Painting Specialty In Art Institute Of Higher Learning

The art of rock color painting is an important part of Chinese painting system,but it has not yet established the undergraduate major of rock color painting in art colleges and universities,and the research on the discipline construction of rock color painting is still in its infancy.This paper will discuss the necessity of setting up rock painting specialty in art colleges and universities in China.The paper has three parts,the first part is an overview of crag painting that is an important part of the historical context of traditional Chinese painting through the history of rock painting,sketching its rise and fall in China and the inheritance and development in Japan.In the second part,this paper discusses rock painting’s teaching concept,unique way of artistic thinking,practical significance and positive effect of core value on the development of social and cultural form,explaining the necessity of setting up its specialty in Chinese art undergraduate education.The third part expounds the construction ideas,teachers and the art market form of rock painting.Through this paper,I hope to provide some ideas for the future construction of rock color painting specialty,and make some contributions to the development of rock color painting art.
