Lack of physical activity is one of the main causes of various chronic diseases and obesity. This problem has seriously affected people’s health. Therefore, the state encourages college students to go out of the dormitory and into the playground, and encourages people to do more physical activities. In addition to physical exercise,in fact, people do not need to walk into the playground, people can achieve daily energy consumption and promote the formation of a healthy lifestyle.Because physical activity includes both physical exercise and daily physical activity. The daily physical activities include not only housework such as mopping the floor and watering flowers, but also activities such as walking, climbing stairs, and walking dogs that do not need to be done deliberately.People can’t insist on going to the playground and going to the exercise place to exercise, but by increasing people’s daily physical activities in daily life, they can achieve the same energy consumption, and then achieve physical fitness,so that people form a healthy lifestyle,so increase People’s daily physical activities are very important. However, there are many factors that affect people’s daily physical activities. The approach-avoidance response is a factor that may affect people’s daily physical activities. This study examines the approach-avoidance response of college students to physical activities and sedentary behavior, and then discusses the relationship about the approach-avoidance response and daily physical activity.Taking 21 non-sports undergraduates from our school as the test subjects,First, complete the "the manikin task" on the computer. Then, the participants used the power app to record the number of steps for seven days, and completed the IPAQ questionnaire after seven days.Explore the differences in daily physical activity between college students who have different approach-avoidance responses to physical activity and sedentary behavior, and then analyze the correlation between the avoidance response and daily physical activity. To verify whether individuals’ approach-avoidance response to physical activity and sedentary behavior is related to the individual’s daily physical activity behavior.Of the 21 college students,9 were prone to physical activity, and 12 were prone to sedentary behavior. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the approach-avoidance response and daily physical activity. There was a significant positive correlation between the approaching response to physical activity and daily physical activity(r = 0.62,p <0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between the approach response to sedentary behavior and daily physical activity(r =-0.60,p <0.01).The results of the daily physical activity of the subjects with different approach-avoidance responses showed that: the subjects with a tendency to physical activity and those with a tendency to sedentary behavior did not have significant differences in energy consumption in daily work, daily traffic, and daily life(p> 0.05),the difference in energy expenditure between physical exercise and leisure activities is significant(p <0.05).The test results of pedometer APP energy consumption of subjects with different approach-avoidance responses showed that there was a significant difference in pedometer APP energy consumption between subjects with prone physical activity and those with sedentary behavior(p <0.05).The results show that when an individual has a stronger approach to daily physical activity, then the individual will participate more in daily physical activity, and then generate more energy expenditure. |
