Research On The Comedic Aesthetics Of The Happy Mahua Series Movies

Since entering the film industry in 2015,Happy Mahua has produced or participated in the production of a number of comedy movies,both at the box office and word-of-mouth,has become the Gold Label of the Chinese comedy session.In this paper,the comedy film Happy Mahua is studied from the perspective of comedy aesthetics,using the literature research method,case analysis method and comparative research method.In the aesthetic vision of comedy,the aesthetics of Happy Mahua comedy films are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the worthlessness of comedy characters is reflected in the multiple types of comedy characters it creates;the contradiction between the absurdity and reality through the deviation from the norm and the contradiction between cognition and action is reflected in the contradiction of comedy events;the sense of comedy is created through the suddenness of contradiction and conflict and the expected disappointment of the aesthetic subject towards the suddenness of comedy events;Mahua comedy has a powerful critical power to elicit pleasurable laughter from the aesthetician.At the same time,Happy Mahua also adopts various comedic art techniques such as misunderstanding,coincidence,reversal of reality and exaggeration,as well as camera combinations,editing and audio-visual expression techniques,in order to show the worthlessness and contradictions of comedic objects in incongruent situations to the aesthetic subjects,thus achieving the purpose of making people laugh and flogging reality.At the same time,the Happy Mahua comedy movies shows the slide to vulgar entertainment,the unreasonable logic of the plot,the marginalization of the critical function and the simplification of the presentation of reality and other creative problems.In this regard,creators of comedy films should grasp the bottom line of creation and give full play to the function of aesthetic education of comedy films;arrange comedy plots rationally and enrich the setting of comedy characters;return to comedy rationality and manifest humanistic connotations;cultivate the soil of reality and create comedy movies with the spirit of realism and characteristics of the times.
