This thesis mainly takes the film adaptation of Jia Pingwa’s four works as the research object,and analyzes the characteristics and aesthetic significance and value of Jia Pingwa’s novels during filming.This article mainly takes the film adaptation of Jia Pingwa’s four works as the research object,and analyzes the characteristics,aesthetic significance and value of Jia Pingwa’s novels in the process of filmization.This article takes Jia Pingwa’s four novels "Xiaoyue Qianben","Jiwowa Family","La Yue·Jianyue","Happy" and the movies "Yueyue","Wild Mountain","Village" and "Happy" as the research objects.Comparative analysis of the works.In addition to the introduction,this thesis is divided into five chapters,aiming to use four novels as references,analyze the techniques and characteristics of the film adaptation,and summarize the experience for the film adaptation of the novel.The introduction part introduces the source of the topic,the significance of the topic,the research status and the main research methods.In the first chapter,the four adaptations of Jia Pingwa are divided into loose type and compact type according to the classification of film adaptation.Summarize the themes of novels and films based on decentralized and close adaptations respectively.The second chapter analyzes and contrasts the characters of these four novels and their adapted films,and reveals the reasons for the deletion and change of the characters in the movies.The third chapter analyzes and contrasts the plots of the four novels and their adapted films,and shows the changes of the movies to the novel’s plot and the impact of this on the final adaptation effect.Chapter 4 focuses on the adaptation of the novel "Happy" from the perspective of aesthetic form,analyzes the profound tragic factors in the novel and the bright comedy factors in the movie,and evaluates the adaptation of "Happy".In Chapter 5,we review and reflect on the adaptations of these four works,analyze the changes and effects of the four adaptations on the main conflict resolution methods of the original works,and analyze the replacement of core images in the adaptation process of "Happy" Great effect...
