A Study On The Script Creation Of Adaptation Film Upon Real Events

The adaptation film of real events is a combination of authenticity and expressed by the artistry based on script creation of the valuable and influence of real event.In recent years,a series of excellent movies adapted from real events have appeared on the screen,winning good reputation and box office.It dramatizes the construction of plot stories and characters through the techniques and means of adaptation that enhancing the film to achieve the good social and economic benefits.To some degree,the excellent real event adaptation film can promote the progress and development of society.On the contrary,the vulgar real event adaptation film gives a bad influence for the society and the people.The success of such films depends on the understanding of real events and adaptation value in the early stage of script creation.Hence,the key value of such film is the script creation.The study of this paper is take the adaptation of Chinese real events as the research object based on the graduation project “the rebel” and the script creation of excellent films.First of all,summaries the social background,domestic and international development status,research purpose and content,research process and method of the real event adapted film.Through the grasp of the social background and the research and analysis of the current situation which shows that there is a shortage of study for script creation of films.The paper use the model structure of “find out problem,raise the problem,solve the problem” based on the playwrighting,narratology and adaptation film.The comprehensive and systematic research of script creation for adaptation film is using the ways of document analysis method,method of comparative research,case study method and content analysis etc.The whole paper is including five parts.In the first chapter,the author summaries the concept of the adaptation film of real events and use the theory of playwrighting and narratology as the base,which gives the foundation structure of the following study of scriptcreation character,script creation problem and strategy support.In the second chapter,the author find out the characters of adaptation film of real events combines from the study of the film and theory words.For example,the character of typified and objectified narration,mainly use “nobody” as the subject and “Main Melody” film,the specificity of conflict and course of life,combination of art reality and optimistic fact.In the third chapter,the author list and analyses some questions may upraise in the process of film script creation: the limitation of event prototype,the conflict of value control,aesthetics ideal and commercial benefit.In the fourth chapter,the author raises some ways of responding the questions in chapter three.Firstly,honor the event prototype to show its reality and artistry.Secondly,refine the event prototype;ensure the humanity and social value of film adaptation.Thirdly,mining the event prototype and spread the advance culture.In the fifth chapter,the author raises some opinions and expectations of future films’ commercial operation and culture taste establishment.The paper offers a perspective of study for adaptation films on real events.Those who may concerns like writers will be benefit from the way of how to showing the real events in an artistic way.And also offers a new thinking aspect of this type of film and promoting the adaptation film into an artistic and commercial way.
